Job summary

The Minnesota Department of Human Services seeks a Research and Data Analysis Supervisor in St. Paul to lead the Research and Data Analysis section within the Healthcare Research and Quality Division.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership experience*.
• Four (4) years professional research and data analysis experience.
• Experience with research methodology, survey techniques and complex statistical analysis.
• Experience with data warehouse concepts and large relational data sets.
• Excellent written and oral communication for policy, reports and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a staff team in research and data analysis activities.
• Provide reports, papers and data runs to inform MHCP policy decisions.
• Support development of payment models and legislative proposals.
• Monitor program performance and data quality across projects.
• Present findings to diverse stakeholders and regulators.
