NKCAC is seeking a Kynector in Warsaw, KY to help residents understand and enroll in a health plan through one-on-one interactions, group presentations and community events. Training will be provided to achieve certification, with travel to consumer locations as needed.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED (college preferred), knowledge of ACA and Medicaid processes, and strong communication skills.

Qualifikationen

• Computer proficiency: Microsoft Office and internet research.

Aufgaben

• Assist in the enrollment of the Northern Kentucky population and conduct related outreach activities.
• Facilitate consumer enrollment and outreach activities.
• Travel to consumer locations to assist with enrollment activities.
• Provide unbiased guidance on Medicaid coverage options face-to-face, including in consumers’ homes.
• Assist in the processing of appeals for consumers in the Exchange.
