Job summary

NATIVE HEALTH seeks an Outreach and Enrollment Program Coordinator to direct the CKC Outreach and Enrollment programs and oversee SNAP CMS initiatives. You will coordinate across locations, manage budgets, and serve as the primary liaison to funders and stakeholders.

You will lead a team of Outreach & Enrollment Specialists, ensuring strong enrollment assistance, education, and collaborative community partnerships. This is a mission-driven role in Phoenix, AZ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of Medicaid, CHIP, and Health Insurance Marketplace.
• Experience in grants and project management.
• Strong data analysis and reporting skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication; customer-service oriented.

Responsibilities

• Directs CKC Outreach and Enrollment and SNAP CMS programs.
• Oversees budgeting, reporting, and grant compliance.
• Liaises with funders, partners, and stakeholders; represents the program externally.
• Leads, mentors, and supervises Outreach & Enrollment staff.
• Ensures program activities meet timelines and deliverables.
