Job description

Job Overview

This position involves contacting members to inform and educate them about our medical management programs, conducting research, performing data entry, responding to inquiries, and supporting clinicians with provider and member activities within the Medical Management department.

Pay Range

This range is provided by Innovative Systems Group. Your actual pay will depend on your skills and experience. Talk with your recruiter to learn more.

Base pay range: $20.00/hr - $20.00/hr

Contract Details

Contract duration: 2025-06-02 to 2025-11-03

Location

Remote position based in New Mexico. Candidates must reside in the Albuquerque area as they will be required to attend trainings, meetings, or address connectivity issues in person.

Job Requirements

• 1 year of college and 2 years' experience with automated systems, or 3 years' experience with automated systems
• 1 year experience with managed care systems
• Experience coordinating member needs, providing assistance, and analyzing member needs
• Knowledge of medical terminology
• Knowledge of managed care claims systems
• Proficiency in PC and Microsoft Office applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including developing correspondence and coaching members on medical issues

Preferred Qualifications

• College courses in computer science or the medical field
