Responsibilities

• Serves as contract manager for HS coalitions and provider contracts; certifies deliverables before payment.
• Participates in contract drafting, negotiation, processing payments and related trainings.
• Ensures adherence to guidelines, timeframes, and deadlines; provides backup support.
• Reviews coalition Service Delivery Plans, Annual Action Plan Updates and reports.
• Leads contract file content and organization for the Healthy Start Unit.
• Provides consultation and technical assistance on the Healthy Start system of care.
• Collaborates with divisions to disseminate information and policy work.
• Assists with analysis of proposed legislation, budgets, grants and research.
