Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum – Be a current Florida Certified Contract Manager.
• Preferred – Experience working as a liaison.
• Preferred – Customer services experience.
• Preferred – Experience with Excel.
• Preferred – Experience with My Florida Marketplace.
• Preferred – Be able to drive for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Be a lead for compliance and control of communications by checking School Health program office main email, tracking responses, controlling outlook distribution lists.
• Serve as a contract manager for assigned projects. Back up for additional contract managers. Monitors monthly deliverables and expenditures. Processes monthly invoices.
• Be a defined assistant to Executive Community Health Nursing Director DON as a state liaison with a caseload of county-level School Health program.
• Assist in data collection and quality improvement efforts regarding school health data capture, aggregation and visualization methods, processes, and programmatic end goals for data sets.
• Assist with development and review of policies, standards, manuals, reports necessary for the implementation and management of school health services.
• Lead for inventory and purchasing supplies for program office.
• Participate in quality improvement desk audits and site visits including analysis of epidemiological data review of school health procedures and records.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
