Responsibilities

• Serve as contract manager for Healthy Start coalitions and providers to ensure contract terms are followed before payments.
• Review and document deliverables and provide written certification of receipt of goods and services.
• Draft, negotiate, process payments, and attend contract training as needed.
• Maintain lead responsibility for contract file content and organization.
• Provide consultation and technical assistance to departmental staff and partners on the Healthy Start system of care.
• Collaborate with divisions to disseminate information and address policy issues.
• Assist with analysis of proposed bills, budgets, grants, and related research.
• Complete other assignments within designated timeframes.
