Qualifikationen

• Associate's degree or higher in business, health science, food safety, or related field.
• Experience in administrative support or compliance is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and track regulatory documentation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

• Provide administrative support for health, sanitation, and regulatory compliance across store locations.
• Assist with the preparation, coordination, and submission of health permits, inspections, and other regulatory processes.
• Support and facilitate various administrative and clerical tasks associated with health and food safety compliance.
• Coordinate with internal departments, store teams, and external agencies to ensure timely completion of required procedures.
• Maintain, organize, and track records, reports, and documentation related to health permits, inspections, and compliance matters.
• Monitor deadlines and follow up to ensure timely processing, renewal, and submission of required materials.
• Assist in reviewing inspection reports and summarizing corrective action items as needed.
• Support general administrative functions, including document management, scheduling, and communication
