Qualifikationen

• Requires health-related education, training, or certification; final role description will confirm qualifications.
• Experience in health coaching, patient education, preventive care, chronic condition management, or wellness is preferred.
• An LPN license or other healthcare credential is a plus but not required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable providing telephonic coaching and participating in onsite wellness events; travel for client events may be required.
