Lehigh Valley Health Network, Inc. is seeking a Health Coach to provide telephonic, in-person, and virtual coaching to employees and clients. You will assess needs, create personalized wellness plans, and coordinate care with providers and community resources.

The role involves delivering evidence-based wellness education, supporting program goals, and maintaining professional standards through ongoing trainings. This position is remote but PA-based, with a Monday-Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nutrition, nursing, kinesiology, health education, community health education, public health, or psychology.
• Minimum 2 years as a health and wellness coach with readiness to change and motivational interviewing.
• 2 years using goal setting and resolution techniques to support behavior change.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Driver's License PA - upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide telephonic, in-person, and/or virtual health coaching to employees and clients.
• Document coaching encounters and coordinate care with primary providers and community resources.
• Develop and promote evidence-based health education and wellness offerings.
• Assist in monitoring and improving BeneFIT health coaching programs.
• Serve as wellness resource and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Attend trainings to maintain coaching standards and certifications.
