Sterling Wellness Solutions in the United States is seeking a compassionate Health Coach to educate, encourage, and empower individuals toward healthier lives.

You will build meaningful relationships through personalized coaching, help clients understand health risks and chronic condition management, and provide ongoing education, accountability, and follow-up. Travel for client events and onsite wellness programs are part of the role.

Qualificações

• Requires health-related education, training, or certification; final role description will confirm qualifications.
• Experience in health coaching, patient education, preventive care, chronic condition management, or wellness is preferred.
• An LPN license or other healthcare credential is a plus but not required.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Comfortable providing telephonic coaching and participating in onsite wellness events; travel for client events may be required.

• Participate in wellness initiatives, health screenings, and educational events.
