Job summary

NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture is seeking a Solution Architect, Health & Life Sciences to lead functional solution design for Salesforce Health Cloud across healthcare engagements. You will combine hands-on Health Cloud design depth with real industry fluency—understanding payer, provider, and IDN workflows—and translate that into designs our Data 360, Agentforce, and Service teams can build.

You will help build reference architectures, reusable patterns, and enablement for the Health practice,

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Salesforce consulting with Health Cloud design and delivery.
• 2+ years hands-on Health Cloud design on full-lifecycle implementations.
• Deep healthcare domain knowledge: payer/provider/IDN, regulations.
• Experience designing integrations with health systems (Epic, HL7/FHIR) via MuleSoft or similar.
• Ability to run discovery workshops and document sign-offs.
• Understanding HIPAA/BAA, data privacy, encryption.
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Lead functional solution design for Salesforce Health Cloud across Health engagements.
• Run discovery and design sessions with client stakeholders; capture decisions and trade-offs.
• Author and maintain the functional design for Health Cloud engagements; map data models and flows.
• Design for regulated environments: PHI handling, HIPAA/BAA, encryption, consent.
• Shape end-to-end architecture with Data 360, Agentforce, Service Cloud, Field Service, Revenue Cloud, MuleSoft; integrate with EHRs.
• Translate designs for build teams; review configurations and support UAT/deployments.
• Define ownership boundaries between NeuraFlash and clients; ensure access and compliance.
• Help grow Health practice with reference architectures and accelerators; support pre-sales.
• Coach team members on Health Cloud and healthcare operating environment; stay current on releases.
• Travel as needed to client sites; collaborate across remote and on-site engagements.
