Job summary

NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture is seeking a Solution Architect for Health & Life Sciences who will lead the functional design for Salesforce Health Cloud across healthcare engagements. You will translate payer/provider needs into scalable designs and collaborate with Data 360, Agentforce, Service Cloud, and Revenue teams to deliver compliant, end-to-end solutions.

Qualifications

5+ years in Salesforce consulting, solution architecture or business analysis, with 2+ years of Health Cloud design/delivery.
Healthcare industry experience in payer/provider/IDN/pharma and understanding of funding/regulation.
Knowledge of HIPAA, PHI handling, BAAs, encryption, consent and access controls.
Deep Health Cloud data model knowledge: Person Accounts, Care Programs/Plans, benefits verification, referrals, Utilization Management.
Experience leading discovery workshops and documenting sign-off artifacts.

Responsibilities

Lead functional solution design for Health Cloud grounded in HLS data model.
Run discovery sessions with client stakeholders and capture decisions.
Author and maintain functional design artifacts for Health Cloud engagements.
Design for PHI handling and regulatory compliance in Salesforce.
Shape end-to-end architecture with Data 360, Agentforce, Service Cloud, and MuleSoft.
