Job summary

PRO‑spectus is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions for our clients. You will gather requirements, design scalable architectures, and guide development teams to deliver quality outcomes on Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and a deep understanding of business processes. Remote-friendly with EST to PST support and opportunities for ongoing learning.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years leading Salesforce projects in a senior role.
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, customization, and administration.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security model and best practices.
• Experience with Health Cloud / Life Sciences in production environments.
• Experience configuring Salesforce reports and dashboards; Power BI a plus.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Preferred: Salesforce Lightning Experience; Agile/Scrum; Sales/Marketing/Service Cloud; SQL; Python.

Responsibilities

• Requirements gathering: translate business requirements into technical specs.
• Solution design: create comprehensive technical solutions using Salesforce capabilities.
• Architecture development: design scalable data models, integrations, and workflows.
• Salesforce configuration and customization: build objects, fields, layouts, and rules.
• Data, analytics, and integration management: ensure data quality and secure data exchanges.
• Quality assurance: conduct testing to ensure stability and reliability.
• Documentation and training: produce technical docs and user guides.
