Job summary

Softrams, a Tria Federal Company, is seeking a Salesforce Health Cloud Business Analyst/Administrator to join our Salesforce Practice in the United States. You will gather healthcare client requirements, translate them into user stories in JIRA, and collaborate with the development team to deliver Health Cloud configurations that meet client needs.

The ideal candidate possesses deep Health Cloud technical and functional expertise, can configure Salesforce environments, and provides SME guidance

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred in CS/IS/Healthcare Administration or related field.
Experience as Salesforce Business Analyst or Administrator with Health Cloud.
Strong knowledge of Salesforce admin tasks and point-and-click customizations.
Experience writing detailed user stories and managing tasks/issues in JIRA.

Responsibilities

Gathering detailed requirements from healthcare clients and documenting them for system enhancements and customizations.
Translate business requirements into well-articulated user stories in JIRA for development teams.
Health Cloud configuration including workflows, custom objects, fields, page layouts, and security settings.
Serve as a subject matter expert in Salesforce Health Cloud and provide technical guidance to clients and development teams.
Collaborate with project managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and alignment with specifications.
Coordinate testing to ensure configurations meet requirements and function correctly in live environments.
Provide training to end-users and ongoing support to drive adoption of Health Cloud features.
