Job summary

Vitra Health in Massachusetts is seeking an Associate Salesforce Administrator – Health Cloud to serve as a hands-on administrator and technical resource for our Salesforce CRM/EHR environment.

You will manage users and security, support workflow improvements, document configurations, and partner with department leaders to translate needs into practical Salesforce solutions while upholding healthcare data standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Current Salesforce Certified Administrator credential.
• 0–1 year hands-on Salesforce administration or equivalent super-user experience.
• Solid baseline understanding of Salesforce configuration, core security structures, user management, and access controls.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary administrator for Salesforce CRM/EHR including Health Cloud.
• Manage users, roles, permissions, and security controls.
• Support configuration and continuous improvement of workflows and business processes.
• Analyze processes and identify opportunities for automation and simplification.
• Troubleshoot issues and work with users to identify root causes.
• Create and maintain Salesforce documentation and training materials.
• Support onboarding, access changes, and user training.
• Collaborate with departments to translate requirements into Salesforce solutions.
