Job summary

Prabhav Services Inc. seeks a Senior Salesforce Developer to advance health care platforms supporting clinicians and frontline staff. You will focus on Health Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service Lightning, and Marketing Cloud to deliver scalable solutions.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Salesforce development experience, strong security and architecture knowledge, and familiarity with HIPAA/SOC 2 in healthcare environments; you will collaborate across IT and business units.

Qualifications

5+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Hands-on with Health Cloud, Service Cloud and/or Marketing Cloud.
Strong understanding of Apex, LWC, Visualforce, Aura, SOQL and Salesforce APIs.
Experience with healthcare integrations and regulatory requirements preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and review Apex classes, triggers, LWCs, Aura components and Lightning pages.
Build integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems using APIs.
Ensure security, governance, performance, and data quality in Health Cloud.
Lead release planning, environments, and CI/CD pipelines with Git, Jenkins, and Copado.
Implement data validation, deduplication, and HIPAA/SOC 2 aligned controls.
Collaborate with admins, developers, and stakeholders to validate designs.
Review code quality, perform peer reviews, and maintain documentation.
Triage governor limits, optimize SOQL, and design scalable batch processing.
