Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an Administrator to oversee day-to-day facility operations, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations while driving financial performance and resident outcomes. The role requires leadership over staffing, safety, and care standards across departments, with a focus on corrective action plans and risk mitigation.

The candidate should have a NH administrator license, a relevant bachelor’s degree (preferred), and 2+ years in a supervisory healthcare role,

Qualifications

• Current, unencumbered RN? Licensed Nursing Home Administrator license required in state (per listing).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Public Health Admin/Business/health-related field.
• At least 2 years in a supervisor role; healthcare experience preferred.
• Recent long-term care experience required.
• Knowledge of reimbursement regulations and nursing practices.
• Ability to make independent decisions when necessary.
• Ability to read/interpret financial records and models.
• Strong communication with staff, residents, families, and government agencies.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the facility’s programs and activities per governing board guidelines.
• Assist department directors with policies, procedures, and professional standards of practice.
• Conduct daily staff meetings and regular facility inspections with action plans.
• Develop plans of correction for deficiencies with timetables and monitoring.
• Review workforce competence and adjust staffing as required.
• Assist in recruitment and selection of directors, supervisors, and staff.
• Ensure safety, infection control, credentialing, admissions, and plans of care compliance.
• Review monthly financial statements and participate in budgeting and cost controls.
• Communicate with Medical Director and uphold resident rights and grievances.
