Job summary

The Assistant Health Center Manager at International Community Health Services (ICHS) will assist the Health Center Manager in overseeing clinic operations, project management, and performance management.

This role will plan and lead meetings, provide leadership for administrative activities, and oversee the Medical and Dental Receptionist teams as well as the Eligibility Specialist team to ensure services comply with applicable laws and ICHS policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in health care administration or related field.
• 4+ years of healthcare leadership/management experience.
• Experience supervising or leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Support Health Center Manager in clinic operations and project management.
• Provide leadership for Administrative teams including Medical and Dental Receptionists and Eligibility Specialists.
• Ensure services comply with applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations, and ICHS policies and procedures.
