• Active certification such as CMA, LPN, LVN or other healthcare specialization is required.

• Lead daily health center operations, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow.
• Provide primary and preventive care in clinical settings while ensuring high-quality patient experiences.
• Oversee compliance with standards and certifications, and coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Recruit, onboard, and develop teammates; monitor performance and conduct regular huddles.
