Job summary

Marathon Health Inc. seeks a Health Center Lead II, LPN to oversee clinical care and day-to-day operations at designated health centers.

You will deliver high-quality primary care and manage workflows, staffing, scheduling, and regulatory compliance, while collaborating with operations leadership to align care with organizational goals. The role requires on-site presence, travel to assigned centers, and leadership of clinical support staff, with emphasis on patient experience and quality

Qualifications

• 4+ years of direct healthcare experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Customer service oriented and able to promote teamwork.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking abilities.
• Able to adapt to a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and preventive care including evaluations and care planning.
• Manage chronic conditions with collaborative care.
• Oversee daily health center operations, including scheduling and staffing.
• Lead quality reviews and ensure compliance with standards.
• On-site presence at health centers and travel as required.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve IT, facility, and supply issues.
