Job summary

Marathon Health is seeking a Health Center Lead II to oversee day-to-day operations of on-site health centers, ensuring high-quality, patient-centered care. You will blend clinical insight with operational oversight, manage staffing and scheduling, and collaborate with Directors and PMO to align care with organizational goals.

The role requires consistent on-site presence with regular travel to assigned health centers, supervision of clinical support staff, and leadership in go-live readiness,

Qualifications

• 4+ years of direct healthcare experience delivering excellent service.
• Active CMA/LPN/LVN or similar healthcare certification.
• Excellent written and oral communications.
• Strong customer service and teamwork.
• Good time management and multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and preventive care to an eligible patient population.
• Manage chronic conditions through ongoing, collaborative care.
• Ensure a positive patient experience reflected in satisfaction metrics (e.g., NPS scores).
• Oversee daily operations of the clinic, including patient flow, scheduling, inventory, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead staffing, scheduling and coverage to ensure adequate staffing and go-live readiness.
