Qualifications

• 4+ years of direct healthcare experience delivering excellent service to clients, patients, and providers.
• Active CMA/LPN/LVN certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary and preventive care to patients and develop care plans.
• Oversee daily clinic operations, staffing, scheduling and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Director of Operations and Medical leadership to align care with goals.
• Maintain consistent on-site presence to support staff and ensure quality care.
• Lead go-live readiness, on-site support, and daily huddles.
• Coordinate patient flow, visits and performance metrics.
