Marathon Health seeks a Health Center Lead II, MA to oversee the delivery of high‑quality, patient‑centered primary care while managing daily operations at an assigned health center. This role blends clinical insight with operational oversight, requiring consistent on-site presence and regular travel to centers.

You will work with the Director of Operations, Market Medical Director, and teams to ensure seamless care delivery, staff development, and adherence to standards.

Formación

• 4+ years of direct healthcare experience delivering excellent service to patients and providers.
• Active CMA/LPN/LVN certification or similar healthcare credential.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating operations in a clinical setting.

Responsabilidades

• Lead delivery of high-quality, patient-centered primary care services at the Health Center.
• Oversee day-to-day operations including staffing, scheduling, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with Director of Operations, Market Medical Director and others to align care with goals.
• Ensure on-site presence, monitor operations, and support staff with ongoing coaching and project work.
• Coordinate health center readiness, go-live activities, and daily huddles to ensure smooth operations.
