Job summary

UNITE HERE HEALTH is seeking a Health Center Ambassador I to be the first point of contact for patients and families, delivering 5-star customer service. Responsibilities include welcoming patients, guiding tours, assisting with check-in, and supporting non-clinical inquiries in a hybrid Las Vegas health center environment.

The role requires 1–2 years of experience, HS diploma, and strong communication skills. Spanish language ability is preferred to support diverse patients.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of related experience minimum.
• Healthcare environment experience preferred.
• Understanding of medical and insurance terminology.
• Knowledge of patient rights and age-specific patient care practices.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and provide directions in the Health Center lobby.
• Conduct Health Center tours and assist with patient check-in.
• Support non-clinical inquiries and direct patients to appropriate resources.
