The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) seeks a Health Care Supervisor (S) to direct daily operations at the assigned home, ensuring safety and quality active treatment for residents.

The role now serves as Trainer III, providing input for changes under the home QIDP, and directly supervising Health Care Technician II and I across shifts, reporting to the home's QIDP. The position is located at the J. Iverson Riddle Developmental Center in Morganton, NC.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED and three years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise daily operations of the assigned home to ensure safety and quality active treatment for residents.
• Provide input and act on changes under the guidance of the home QIDP as Trainer III.
• Direct administrative supervision of Health Care Technician II (Programmers and Charge) across shifts and Health Care Technician I on their shift.
