Job summary

Caswell Developmental Center, part of the North Carolina DHHS, seeks a Health Care Supervisor (S) to oversee daily operations, assign and guide Developmental Technicians, and ensure quality habilitative services for residents. You will monitor performance, manage staff schedules, safety, and compliance with standards, and provide coverage across units as needed.

Rotating shifts are required; the role includes supervising care delivery, data entry in EHR, and upholding vaccination and background

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and three years of related experience.
• Alternatively, an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of daily home operations and providing guidance to Developmental Technicians.
• Assignments, guidance, and support to ensure adequate care and quality habilitative programming.
• Monitor data within the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Provide divisional coverage to ensure continuity of operations and leadership across units.
