Qualifications

• 3–6 years of health care regulatory experience.
• Experience advising health care organizations on regulatory and compliance issues.
• Experience supporting health care transactions through regulatory counseling, due diligence, structuring, or related work.
• Strong interest in health care policy, regulation, business models, and industry trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
• The ability to analyze complex regulatory questions and translate them into clear, practical guidance.
• Strong attention to detail and sound professional judgment.
• A collaborative, proactive, and solutions-oriented approach to client service.
• Active bar membership in good standing in the jurisdiction in which the candidate will practice.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regulatory due diligence and assess regulatory risks in health care transactions.
• Provide practical, business-oriented regulatory advice to health care organizations.
• Assist in advising on fraud and abuse, licensure, and payment issues in transactions.
• Translate complex regulatory requirements into clear guidance for clients.
