Manatt, Phelps & Phillips, LLP is seeking an associate with 3-5 years of litigation experience to join our nationally recognized Health Care practice.

Our Health Care Litigation team represents California hospital systems, nursing facilities, and other providers in high-stakes disputes and investigations, offering meaningful responsibility and opportunities before trial and appellate courts, arbitrators, and government agencies.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of substantive litigation experience
• Strong experience with legal research, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and brief writing
• Outstanding legal research, writing, and advocacy skills
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and client service abilities
• The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Health care litigation experience or familiarity with the health care industry
• Active California Bar membership in good standing
