• Experience supporting health care transactions through regulatory counseling and due diligence.
• Strong interest in health care policy, regulation, and industry trends.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong legal research and analytical abilities.
• Collaborative, proactive, and client-oriented approach.
• Active bar membership in the jurisdiction where you will practice.
• Strong interpersonal and team-oriented skills.
