Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer and document all incoming contacts to determine their nature and respond to complex calls related to specialized services.
• Ensure every member is treated with respect and kindness and that questions are thoroughly answered to ensure satisfaction.
• Identify and evaluate data to determine and implement the appropriate action to resolve the complaint or coordinate service recovery.
• Follow procedures to meet member needs and enhance CVS Health's brand and competitive position.
• Explain A&H and FE plans to help members understand coverage.
• Communicate with diverse work units to resolve issues quickly and properly.
• Document all customer correspondence and maintain confidential records.
