Job summary

WTW in Irvine, CA is seeking a Health and Benefits Manager to lead the design and management of group medical, dental, wellbeing, life, disability and absence management benefits for clients. You will manage projects, act as the primary day-to-day contact, and collaborate with industry experts to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

This role offers growth into senior relationship management and/or leadership, with a hybrid work model and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 6+ years designing/managing health and welfare plans in consulting or brokerage.
• Strong client relationship development and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in teams.
• Ability to advise on plan design, cost savings and funding.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management and serve as day-to-day client contact.
• Advise clients and provide superior service.
• Create benefit analyses, design, cost savings and funding strategies.
• Provide enrollment support and update internal systems.
• Ensure compliance with reports and 5500 filings, policy checks and delivery.
• Engage specialists in health management, absence and disability.
• Support business development via prospecting opportunities.
• Build internal relationships and work cross-functionally.
• Mentor junior colleagues.
