Job summary

WTW is seeking a Health and Benefits Manager to lead the design and management of group health and welfare programs for clients. You will drive project management, client communications and cross-functional collaboration while mentoring junior colleagues.

The role emphasizes advisory services, enrollment support and compliance duties, with opportunities to grow into senior relationship management and leadership positions within a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• 6+ years designing/managing health and welfare plans in a consulting/brokerage or similar role.
• State Life and Health license required within 90 days of joining.
• CEBS designation or related health/welfare training desirable.
• Polished oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and management of group medical, dental, wellbeing, life, disability and absence programs.
• Manage project objectives, budgets, timelines and client contact on engagements.
• Advise clients and deliver superior service and insights.
• Create benefit analyses, cost savings and funding strategies.
• Provide enrollment support and ensure accurate policy data and filings.
• Ensure compliance via reports, 5500 filings and required communications.
