Marsh Agency is seeking a Consultant Employee Health and Benefits to deliver expert guidance on health plans and related benefits for clients. The role partners with sales teams and carrier partners to enhance client outcomes and drive program success.

The candidate should bring energy for delivering comprehensive benefits strategies, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel locally to client sites. The organization emphasizes a collaborative, inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of employee benefit plans including medical, dental, vision, life and disability.
• Understanding of HIPAA, FMLA, COBRA, ACA and related compliance issues.
• Experience supporting client relationships in a brokerage or insurance setting.

Responsibilities

• Apply working knowledge of employee benefit plans and HR questions.
• Develop and manage benefit strategies for clients; may require local travel.
• Serve as SME to clients in Health & Welfare compliance areas.
• Manage RFP, renewal and implementation processes.
• Coordinate and present project plans for client groups.
