Aon plc is seeking a Health Analytics Intern to help translate complex health data into clear insights and actionable recommendations for clients in Chicago, IL. You will work with a team spanning reporting, data science, and engineering to turn data into decision-ready outputs.

The 10-week paid internship offers mentoring, formal training, and exposure to data-driven health and benefits strategies, with opportunities to engage across multiple projects and client teams.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree with GPA 3.0 or above and strong interest in data analytics.
• Interest in healthcare, life sciences, or employee benefits is a plus.
• Familiarity with data analysis, visualization, and communicating insights.

Responsibilities

• Partner with consultants to shape health and benefits strategies and translate data into presentations.
• Analyze health data trends and support client-facing reporting and recommendations.
• Develop data automation processes and R/Python pipelines for ingestion and cleaning.
• Work with large datasets from multiple sources and support data quality checks.
