Job summary

BRG seeks experienced data analysts in healthcare, disputes, and investigations to solve complex client problems. The roles require solid analytical abilities, organization, and growth ambition. Two levels exist: Consultant and Senior Associate, with distinct responsibilities and salary bands.

Positions are based in BRG offices (Boston, Chicago, DC, New York, Nashville, or Tampa), with frequent in-office collaboration three to four days weekly.

Qualifications

• BS/BA with a focus in quantitative analytics or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in data analytics; healthcare/litigation consulting preferred.
• Strong SQL or R data analytics capability; proficiency in Python/STATA/SAS a plus.
• Mentorship and delegation experience for junior staff.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Support client engagements with data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Develop and maintain electronic databases and project files.
• Conduct literature and data research from public and client sources.
• Create analyses and financial models using transaction or financial data.
• Contribute to client deliverables and expert reports.
• Meet deadlines and quality expectations in a team setting.
