Job summary

Qualifications

• BS/BA with a focus in quantitative analytics (accounting, finance, economics, information systems, mathematics) or related field.
• 2+ years of prior work experience or educational background in data analytics; 4+ years for Consultant level.
• Strong technical skills, including the ability to independently execute complex data analytics in SQL or R at an advanced level.
• Proficiency in additional programming languages (Python, STATA, SAS, etc.) is a plus.
• Prior experience providing mentorship and delegating project tasks to junior team members.
• Commitment to producing high-quality analysis and attention to detail.
• Desire to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Support various aspects of client engagements and discrete segments of larger projects.
• Develop and maintain electronic databases, spreadsheets, and other files as dictated by project needs.
• Perform detailed research and analysis from literature and data from public and client sources.
• Demonstrate creativity and efficient use of relevant software tools, analytical methods, and computer models to develop solutions.
• Provide valuable contributions to client deliverables and expert reports.
• Participate in a team environment and work hard to meet client deadlines and quality expectations.
