Job summary

BRG Healthcare Analytics seeks a Managing Consultant to lead data analytics engagements, design financial analyses, and supervise junior staff. Based in one BRG office (Chicago), work in a hybrid model with three to four days in the office.

The role combines execution and oversight across client work streams, requires 6+ years in data analytics (healthcare/litigation preferred), and advanced SQL or R skills to deliver client deliverables and expert reports.

Qualifications

• BS/BA with a focus in quantitative analytics (accounting, finance, economics, information systems, mathematics) or related field.
• 6+ years of prior professional experience in data analytics; healthcare/litigation consulting preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience supervising and managing team members.

BRG Healthcare Analytics professionals bring extensive industry experience to deliver data driven, independent, and innovative approaches to complex legal, regulatory, and business challenges.

The Managing Consultant role is a mid-to-senior level consulting staff position. This position requires highly motivated problem solvers with solid analytical abilities, strong organizational skills, and a desire to advance within the organization. The work will involve both execution and oversight of engagement work streams, including management of junior staff, design of statistical and financial analysis, modeling of financial data and markets, quality control, development and presentation of client deliverables, management of existing client relationships, industry research, and expansion of business.

This position is based in one of our BRG offices (Boston, Chicago, DC, Los Angeles, New York, Nashville, or Tampa) working with colleagues in the office three to four days a week, on average.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• BS/BA with a focus in quantitative analytics (accounting, finance, economics, information systems, mathematics) or related field;
• 6+ years of prior professional experience in data analytics; prior experience in healthcare/litigation consulting is highly preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a team environment, supervising and managing team members is required.
• Strong technical skills, including the ability to independently execute complex data analytics in either SQL or R at an advanced level is required.

Managing Consultant Salary Range: $140,000 – $185,000

Senior Managing Consultant Salary Range: $160,000 – $225,000

Candidate must be able to submit verification of his/her legal right to work in the U.S., without company sponsorship.
