Job summary

The role offers a $2,000 sign-on bonus and a shift progression from first to second shift after training, plus a second-shift premium once on 2nd shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate cold formers to manufacture parts to precise specifications.
• Measure and inspect parts during production using precision instruments to ensure compliance.
• Load material, adjust tooling, and verify machine settings per production orders.
• Monitor machine operation, troubleshoot malfunctions, and perform minor maintenance.
• Document quality data and production records accurately.
