The position offers a starting pay of $17.00/hour and up based on experience, with a temp-to-hire pathway and a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with potential shift changes to 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM based on production needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate a variety of Cold Heading Machines to form products per specifications.
• Operate multiple machines simultaneously while maintaining efficiency.
• Make minor tooling adjustments and troubleshoot machine setup issues.
• Identify nonconforming products and take corrective action.
• Complete production reports and SPC documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Communicate progress and issues with Floor Manager.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.

• Communicate production progress and any work-related issues with the Floor Manager.

Minimum Qualifications

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• May switch to 5:00 AM – 1:00 PM based on production needs.
