Job summary

Mancan Staffing in Girard, OH is seeking an Experienced Driller Operator for first shift. Direct Hire. Pay ranges from $16.00 to $18.00 per hour and training opportunities for the right candidate are available.

You will set up and run multiple machines, read blueprints for setup and part specs, inspect parts and tooling, and troubleshoot with Engineering and Management to keep production moving smoothly.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Proven basic math skills.
• Flexibility with shift scheduling and overtime.
• Ability to perform some heavy lifting.
• Knowledge of tools & machinery.
• Proven mechanical ability.
• Troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to use precision tools to take accurate measurements.
• Knowledge of metal properties preferred.
• 3-5 years of similar or related work experience preferred.
• Applicants with experience operating cold-forming equipment from National Machinery, Waterbury, and/or Asahi Sunac will be given top priority.

Mancan Staffing is looking for an Experienced Driller Operator in the Girard Area. This is a 1st shift position, Direct Hire. Pay is Based on experience, $16.00-$18.00HR. Rotating Monday-Friday 7am-3pm and 9am-5pm.

Job Description

The successful candidate will set up and run multiple machines simultaneously. They will read and refer to blueprints for machine set-up and part specifications. They will inspect the quality and condition of parts and tooling. Successful candidates will also effectively troubleshoot problems, offer solutions and collaborate with Engineering and Management.
