Hadrian is seeking a People Strategy & Planning Manager to own how we hire, when, and why. Headcount is the biggest input to growth, requiring a disciplined planning cycle, a clear link from demand to approved roles, and a single number Finance and Recruiting trust.

This program-management role asks you to align People, Recruiting, Finance, Engineering and Program leadership, maintain plan integrity, and drive adoption across the business.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in management consulting or similar structured problem-solving environments.
• In-house program ownership and results delivery.
• Exceptional stakeholder management with senior leaders.
• Strong project management with cross-functional dependencies.
• Real change management experience implementing new processes.
• Comfort with planning data, budgets, and financial mechanics.
• Executive-level communication and decision-briefing skills.
• High adaptability and ability to bring structure to ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Own headcount planning program end to end across business and leadership.
• Turn program demand into role-level headcount needs with engineering/program leadership.
• Cost the plan with Finance and reconcile to budget.
• Deliver approved roles to Recruiting Operations with structured data.
• Manage monthly cadence with People Partners and Recruiting Leads.
• Coordinate with Workplace Services on hiring plans and capacity.
• Drive change management, cadence, artifacts, and communications.
• Provide leadership with status, risk flags, and tradeoffs.
