John Stark Regional High School is seeking a dedicated Varsity Swim Head Coach to lead our student-athletes for the 2026-27 season. The role focuses on developing swimmers, planning practices, and fostering a positive team culture.

Ideal candidates will have a passion for competitive swimming, strong leadership and communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with staff, boosters, and families to support growth and sportsmanship.

• Lead, mentor, and develop student-athletes.
• Plan, organize, and execute practices, competition strategies, and team meetings.
• Promote sportsmanship, teamwork, and personal growth among student-athletes.
• Collaborate effectively with assistant coaches, athletic staff, school administration and team boosters.
• Represent the swim program positively within the school and broader community.
