John Stark Regional High School is seeking a dedicated Varsity Boys Volleyball Head Coach for the 2026-27 season to lead student-athletes with a focus on development and competitive excellence.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a passion for volleyball, strong leadership, and the ability to foster a positive, inclusive team culture both on and off the court.

Qualifications

• Previous coaching and/or playing experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to build relationships with student-athletes, families, and staff.
• Commitment to creating a supportive and spirited athletic environment.

• Lead, mentor, and develop volleyball student-athletes both on and off the court.
• Plan, organize, and execute practices, game strategies, and team meetings.
