John Stark Regional High School is seeking a dedicated Junior Varsity Boys Lacrosse Head Coach for the 2026-27 season. You will lead the program, plan practices, and foster a positive staff and parent partnership to support student-athlete development.

The role emphasizes leadership, communication, and a commitment to a spirited athletic environment within the school community.

Qualifications

• Previous coaching and/or playing experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to build relationships with student-athletes, families, and staff.
• Commitment to creating a supportive and spirited athletic environment.

• Lead, mentor, and develop lacrosse players both on and off the field.
