Job summary

Applitrack's John Stark Regional High School is seeking a dedicated Varsity Swim Head Coach for the 2026-27 season. You will lead student-athletes, plan practices, and guide competition strategy with a focus on development and sportsmanship.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to foster a positive team culture within the school and wider community. Prior coaching is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Previous coaching and/or playing experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to build relationships with student-athletes, families, and staff.
• Commitment to creating a supportive and spirited athletic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop student-athletes.
