We are seeking interested candidates for a Head Teller position at our corporate (Plaza) branch in Middletown.

The Head Teller is responsible for managing and overseeing tellers within the branch to ensure smooth operations. This role requires an enthusiastic, service-driven individual who embodies our core values daily. The candidate should maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to provide exceptional service.

Essential Responsibilities:

1. Ensure deposits and payout of member funds are processed according to procedures and regulations.
2. Verify accurate recording of member transactions.
3. Balance the daily operations of the branch.
4. Respond efficiently to member inquiries and requests.
5. Sell or refer products and services to members, anticipating their financial needs.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; financial services experience preferred.
• At least two years of experience in a teller/member service environment with strong teller skills.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent listening and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
• Ability to follow and give instructions.
• Professional attitude and team spirit at all times.
• Proficiency with computers and office equipment.
