A leading bank in Louisville is seeking a Head Teller to supervise branch tellers and enhance customer service. The role involves training staff, ensuring compliance with policies, and engaging customers to meet their banking needs. As a Head Teller aka Service Associate III, your day will be filled with opportunities to actively supervise tellers at a branch location to ensure customer banking transactions are completed in a timely manner, sales opportunities are acted upon, and behavior is friendly and professional. Experience working as a teller combined with problem solving skills and decision making ability are important while Stock Yards Bank & Trust will provide a professional environment to continually improve the candidate’s skills to further his/her career goals for advancement within the banking profession.
