Job summary

Planters Bank is seeking a teller to manage all teller line activities and handle deposit transactions with accuracy and courtesy.

Responsibilities include issuing money orders, maintaining cash balance, and responding to customer inquiries while promoting bank services and products. Strong communication and basic accounting knowledge are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic Accounting knowledge.
• Bank experience not required but strongly preferred.
• 6 months of cash handling and balancing money transactions within prior four years.
• Communication skills in dealing with customers and employees.
• Satisfactory Credit Bureau and Background Check Report.
• Equipment: Computer Software, Ten-Key calculator, Photocopier, Telephone, Fax Machine.
