Job summary

Aztec Shops Ltd. in San Diego, CA is seeking a dependable dishwasher to support kitchen operations. You will handle dishwashing, maintain cleanliness of the dish room, and ensure sanitation practices are followed across shifts.

The role requires ability to work alone or as part of a team, read and follow instructions in English, and comply with health and safety policies. Flexible scheduling and on-site work are expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Ability to work as part of a team and learn dish machine.
• Food Handler’s certificate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Retrieve all dishes, pots, pans, utensils and other items from kitchen and other areas and ensure all are washed and sanitized in a timely manner throughout the shift.
• Learn and operate all aspects of a high temperature dish washing machine.
• Clean/sanitize, empty trash, sweep, and maintain cleanliness of dish room/area.
• Adhere to company sanitation procedures.
• Observes all safety and company rules and guidelines.
• Must comply with and ensure continued, consistent compliance with all company policies, and federal, state, and local laws/regulations including but not limited to: employment, safety, and health.
